Recipe

3 1/2 Apples (washed well and cored)

1 large beet (washed and cut in to small chunks)

1/3 lemon (without the peel)

Wash all ingredients, remove seeds from the apple and peel the lemon. Cut into smaller pieces and feed through your juicer.
