If you’re looking to give your body a fresh start, we offer a natural way to “reset” your gut. Our friends at ZenCleanz have developed a home detox system designed for overall health. At our clinic, we have perfected a method using these detox kits, combined with colonics in the clinic / or enemas at home to help you achieve optimal results. Phase 1 – Internal (Colon) Cleansing

Cleansing on the inside, leaves you feeling confident on the outside, and is the secret to creating a wonderful foundation on which to build a better, healthier life. We always suggest preparing the gut before attempting any type of cleanse. Some may want to skip Phase 1, but it is to your benefit to include opening up these important pathways. Book 3-6 colonics to support your initial cleansing protocol.

Home Kits

Remember, when cleansing, we have to remember it is a process. Depending on your current state of health, you may need to repeat certain KITS . The more chronic issues you have, the more likely it is you will need to repeat the ONE and FORGIVE kits two (2) or more times.

Most people start to feel better relatively quickly after completing their first gastrointestinal cleanse below named ONE, but a fair number of people get better results after completing their second kit. It’s really up to you! Connect with us if you have questions. We are happy to answer them.

If you are considering both the ONE and FORGIVE kits, purchase the RAINBOW KIT below. It is an excellent choice and includes everything necessary to complete your first two cleanses along with several additional enzymes for a more thorough detox. This kit is a great introduction to the next stages of your full-body cleanse journey. You may decide to continue repeating these two steps for deeper releases depending on your age and current level of health. Repeating these steps peels back the layers, lifting bacteria and viruses lying dormant in your body. Unimaginable results!

Pursuing health can be a bumpy road. I won’t sugar coat this process ever. When your body starts to eliminate dormant viruses and bacteria, you can have some outbreaks that can irritate, overwhelm, or even scare you. Nothing dangerous, but some of the outcomes from a cleanse can linger, and for some people this is a reason not to continue down this path. Cleaning up the body doesn’t happen overnight – it generally takes more than one cleanse, a lot of trust in your body, faith helps a great deal, and the “I can do this” attitude. Some people could be looking at years – depending on age, and current health status – not weeks or months, and it takes a strong constitution to commit to this journey.

Zencleanz detox kits are easy to maneuver and they are EXTREMELY effective. These cleanses are changing the way I think about overall body health and changing client health situations like I’ve never seen before.

Cleansing the body is not an end point, but rather the beginning of something new.

NOTE: Not all cleanses are equal, and not everyone feels the same while cleansing.  Speak to us before deciding if, when, and which cleanse you should consider doing first.  

Preparing (2-5 days)

2-5 days prior to starting any protocol, stick to a blended food or whole food diet to maximize the results of your cleanse.

Important: If you have been constipated or generally have trouble eliminating, book a series of colonics before you attempt any cleanse – or at the very least do some enemas at home. Your bowel must be in good working order for success in any elimination process!

Post cleanse: Book a colonic 1-2 days after. Your releases are heavy, toxic material and can be difficult for the body to let go of – and the re-hydration will work wonders. Remember… elimination is key!

What should you expect?

By products of a gastrointestinal cleanse (ONE KIT)

The illustrations below show plaque that has been released from the intestinal tract during the ONE cleanse. This is the reason people are not absorbing their nutrients, are struggling with food sensitivities, have high cholesterol, skin issues, etc. Your intestines are a major pathway and should not be blocked by waste. Removing this waste is the starting point to recovery of so many chronic issues. This phase of the process is paramount to your success!

By products of a liver cleanse (FORGIVE KIT)

The Liver/gallbladder duo and their functions are an extremely important part of living a long and healthy life, so we should think twice about how we treat them. Without them, you are not living.

No two releases are the same. A typical release from the liver would consist of green or yellow sandy matter (picture below #1) – or much bigger stones – covered in fatty material mixed with toxic matter. If you use a shower jet over this you will reveal dark green pieces, which are gallstones. It is common to have hundreds or even thousands of them. Besides gallstones, clients are seeing fat stones, and liver flukes galore! Google liver or blood flukes if you don’t know what they are. NOT for the faint of heart.

Client results are amazing! These cleanses have opened up our eyes to why people are not generally feeling well. Our bodies are vessels that hold countless bacterium, dormant viruses, pounds of waste, and other unexpected things.

Of all the home detox kits I have tried, these are my favorite. They have been a pinnacle part of me reaching my health goals. 40 lbs of waste has been cleared from my body since 2019.
